許多人會為了健康或解壓而選擇慢跑,但其實早上跟晚上跑的效果有差喔,大家知道嗎?
早晨及夜晚時身體狀態及外界環境都有相當的差異,最好根據自己所希望的目的來選擇最
佳時間。

若希望減肥的話建議在起床後到早餐前的這段時間慢跑。早晨起床後血糖值較低且空腹,
此時運動會使身體無法從食物中獲得能量,轉而將體內脂肪成為能量,因此在早晨運動可
讓身體成為容易燃燒脂肪的狀態。
早晨是身體在一天當中體溫最低的狀態,慢跑可使體溫及基礎代謝上升。另外早晨和中午
相比,空氣中的灰塵較少因此也可呼吸到新鮮空氣。
相信大家會怕空腹運動後早餐忍不住吃太多,但早餐就算大吃其卡路里也會在一整天的活
動中被消耗,因此不需要過於擔心。

和早晨相比在活動了一天之後的夜晚慢跑較能讓身體消除壓力,當天所發生討厭的事情也
能在慢跑中淡忘。另外夜晚運動可讓晚上睡眠品質變好也不需擔心紫外線。但夜晚慢跑須
特別小心汽車和腳踏車等交通危險,最好選擇汽車無法進入且有設立步道的公園等安全場
所。
兩種各有其優點,最好依照慢跑者的生活型態來選擇是要早晨或夜晚慢跑,就算不是在這
兩種時間慢跑也能減少運動不足的情況。
